The Professional Wellness Alliance (PWA) is an amazing organization dedicated to holistic health. We are a membership community of provider members (like Dr. Bazylewicz) and their client members (like you) who have voluntarily come together in order to promote and achieve well-being. Awesome!
Part of this mission involves private licensing opportunities
for holistic health providers as an alternative to state licensing. This private licensing process assures the integrity and competence of the independent provider members so that client members are better assured about their provider. Dr. Bazylewicz has completed the evaluation process and has been accepted for private licensure.
Holistic health includes traditional naturopathy, herbalism, diet and nutrition, energy healing, essential oils, crystal healing, and much more. Provider members offer these services to client members through health education and products.
In order for Dr. Bazylewicz to help you with your health and healing, you must be a client member of PWA. And you can easily do so by completing the super simple Private Membership Agreement in the box below. Just click the START button.
Essentially, this private membership agreement is similar to a consent form letting you know that, although provider members are privately licensed, that they are not state licensed, and that they primarily provide client members with education and information so that you can make appropriate decisions for your health.
Note that there are no fees for you to join PWA, but you can make a voluntary donation to help support holistic health if you so choose. Also, in case you were wondering, you can terminate membership at any time.
Please contact Dr. Bazylewicz if you have any questions. See you in the PWA!

ECHINACEA
The secret of health
for both mind and body
is not to mourn for the past,
worry about the future,
or anticipate troubles,
but to live in the present moment wisely and earnestly.
